It's true... the home building experience can be fun. It is part of our job, as builders, to educate you and help you through this period with little or no stress and a lot of fun and excitement.

First, you need land. Use your lot or come take a look at one of ours. Then it's time to design a house that fits the individual needs of your family – we can help here if you need an architect or designer.

Next - paperwork, contracts, permits and financing are determined. Finally, the real fun begins. The hole goes in the ground and the actual building process begins. Bring the kids, start taking pictures or let us take them for you. Now, a list is given to you which outlines the necessary decisions you must make and the time frame for making them. By adhering to a schedule of decisions, you and I can make the project progress much smoother. We can give you as much help as you need here. We are really patient and understand the difficulty when it comes to making all these decisions.

A list of “shopping contacts” is also given to you. These suppliers and sub-contractors are reliable and reputable. They will give you the service and consideration you deserve. Decorator assistance is also available for clients that need “just a little help”. I am your builder and also the only “project manager” you will ever talk to. We pride ourselves on being a very “hands-on” company. Your contact people are either me or my wife Susan, in the office. As your project progresses and questions arise, addressing them promptly is our goal.

Five to six months passes (quickly) and where there once was a huge hole in the ground, now stands your home. Proudly, we hand you your certificate of occupancy and a set of keys to your new custom home. We wish you many happy memories and good health in your home.
